🚨 AI took away the UX / UI Designer job, "some."

In the past one year, the UX / UI industry has changed very fast.
And there is one question that many people may not dare ask themselves:

🥹 "How much can AI replace us?"

The answer is...
👉 It actually replaced "some."
And we should know exactly which parts are being replaced.

Because if we don't know,
We will develop skills.

ในช่วงเวลาที่ AI ก้าวหน้าอย่างรวดเร็ว หลายคนในวงการ UX/UI Designer เริ่มตั้งคำถามว่า AI จะเข้ามาแทนที่งานของเราได้มากแค่ไหน จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ทำงานในสาย UX/UI มาสักพักหนึ่ง ผมสังเกตเห็นว่า AI สามารถช่วยลดภาระงานในส่วนที่เป็นงานด้านเทคนิคที่ซ้ำซากและงานออกแบบรูปแบบดั้งเดิมได้ดี เช่น การสร้างโมเดลหรือโปรโตไทป์พื้นฐาน รวมถึงการช่วยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลผู้ใช้เบื้องต้น แต่ในขณะเดียวกัน การออกแบบที่มีคุณภาพ ต้องอาศัยการเข้าใจปัญหาของผู้ใช้ สถานการณ์เฉพาะหน้า และความคิดสร้างสรรค์ที่ซับซ้อนซึ่ง AI ยังไม่สามารถแทนที่ได้อย่างสมบูรณ์ นอกจากนี้ การใช้ AI เป็นเครื่องมือเสริมยังทำให้เราสามารถทำงานได้รวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น เพียงแต่ต้องเรียนรู้วิธีสั่งงานและประมวลผลผลลัพธ์ที่ได้อย่างชาญฉลาด "การใช้ AI เป็นและคิดเป็น" จึงเป็นทักษะใหม่ที่ควรพัฒนา เพื่อให้เราสามารถผสานความสามารถของตัวเองกับเทคโนโลยีได้อย่างเหมาะสม สำหรับผู้ที่เริ่มต้นในสาย UX/UI ผมแนะนำให้เน้นการฝึกฝนการคิดวิเคราะห์ผู้ใช้ การสังเกตพฤติกรรม รวมถึงการเข้าใจหลักการออกแบบอย่างลึกซึ้ง เพราะส่วนนี้ AI ยังทำแทนไม่ได้ ในขณะที่สามารถใช้ AI ช่วยพัฒนาทักษะและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในส่วนที่ไม่ใช่คำตอบสุดท้าย ท้ายที่สุด การรักษาความเป็นมนุษย์ไว้ในงานออกแบบ จะเป็นสิ่งที่ทำให้เราไม่ถูกแทนที่และยังคงมีคุณค่าในตลาดงานอย่างยั่งยืน
