ในประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ UX Design สำหรับผู้เริ่มต้นนั้น ผมพบว่าการเข้าใจพื้นฐานอย่าง Wireframe และ Responsive Design เป็นสิ่งจำเป็นมาก เพราะเป็นขั้นตอนแรกที่ช่วยให้เราวางแผนและออกแบบ flow ของการใช้งานได้อย่างมีโครงสร้างและชัดเจน การฝึกใช้ Google Stitch เพื่อช่วยในขั้นตอนการคิดไอเดีย (ideation) และร่างคอนเซ็ปต์เบื้องต้น ถือเป็นการผสมผสานเทคโนโลยี AI เข้ากับกระบวนการออกแบบได้อย่างน่าสนใจ แม้ AI จะช่วยเราในระดับแรก ๆ เท่านั้น แต่สิ่งสำคัญคือการที่นักออกแบบต้องนำงานที่ได้ไปแก้ไขและพัฒนาต่อในโปรแกรมอย่าง Figma เพื่อสร้าง Design system และ Design token ให้สมบูรณ์แบบ ในฐานะที่ผมเคยลองทำ workshop ในลักษณะนี้เอง พบว่าการได้ทำ Design Challenge และ Pitching Project ช่วยให้เราได้ฝึกคิด ฝึกแก้ไขปัญหา และพัฒนาทักษะการออกแบบ UX อย่างต่อเนื่องมากขึ้น การได้ลงมือทำจริง ย่อมได้ประสบการณ์ที่แท้จริงและเข้าใจข้อจำกัดมากขึ้น ทำให้สามารถออกแบบงานที่ตอบโจทย์การใช้งานได้จริง สุดท้ายนี้อยากแนะนำว่าสำหรับผู้ที่สนใจ อย่ากลัวที่จะแตกต่าง ลองผิดลองถูกบ่อย ๆ เพราะ UX Design เป็นศาสตร์ที่ต้องอาศัยความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งและการปรับตัวให้เข้ากับผู้ใช้จริง การใช้เครื่องมือช่วยเสริมอย่าง Google Stitch และ Figma จะทำให้การทำงานรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพขึ้นมากทีเดียว
