What kind of questions does each Process answer?
And how should the results be further applied?

AI helps create, summarize and organize results from UX Research much faster.

But if Prompt people still don't understand the real process,
Don't understand the origin of the Research Method.
I don't know what kind of question works or doesn't work.

จากประสบการณ์การเข้าร่วม UX Research Workshop นั้น มีความรู้สึกว่าสิ่งสำคัญที่สุดคือการเข้าใจพื้นฐานของกระบวนการวิจัยอย่างแท้จริง ไม่ใช่แค่การขอให้ AI สร้างผลลัพธ์ออกมาอย่างรวดเร็ว AI สามารถช่วยสรุปและจัดระเบียบข้อมูลได้ดี แต่ถ้าเราไม่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในแต่ละ Method และ Process เราจะไม่รู้ว่าจะตั้งคำถามอย่างไร หรือจะนำผลลัพธ์ไปใช้ในเชิงปฏิบัติยังไงให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด ในงาน UX DAY 1 ที่ได้ร่วมเรียน สไลด์เนื้อหาเกือบ 200 หน้าเต็มไปด้วยรายละเอียดและ Workshop ที่ช่วยให้เห็นภาพชัดเจนขึ้นว่าแต่ละวิธีวิจัยช่วยตอบคำถามแบบไหน และทำไมบางคำถามถึงใช้ไม่ได้กับบางกรณี รวมทั้งการอัปเดตเทคนิคและ Tools AI ใหม่ ๆ ที่ช่วยให้การทำ UX Research ง่ายและรวดเร็วยิ่งขึ้น แต่ก็ยังจำเป็นต้องใช้ร่วมกับความเข้าใจขั้นพื้นฐาน ส่วนตัวพบว่าการใช้ AI ที่มีความรู้พื้นฐานประกอบช่วยลดเวลาในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและเตรียมรายงานได้มาก ทำให้มีเวลาต่อยอดและลงลึกในเรื่อง Strategy และ Design Thinking ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น แต่ต้องระวังไม่ให้ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้จาก AI เป็นเพียงภาพลวงตาที่ดูดีแต่ไม่มีความถูกต้องและลึกซึ้งในเชิงวิจัย การฝึกฝนและเรียนรู้ UX Research อย่างจริงจังจะช่วยให้เราใช้ AI ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด รวมถึงรู้จักประเมินคุณภาพของข้อมูลที่จะนำมาใช้งานอย่างเหมาะสม ในทางปฏิบัติ แนะนำให้เริ่มจากเข้าใจ Foundation ของ UX Research ก่อน และทดลองใช้ AI Tools ในแต่ละขั้นตอนอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ เพื่อให้ได้ทั้งประสิทธิภาพและความถูกต้องตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยจริงๆ
