I think this is the first time since becoming an avid reader I’ve read a book and thought that it should be studied. Or used for an exam because the writing is beyond any literary works of fiction I have ever encompassed.
Although the beginning felt a little confusing, I began to realize that the author had put in place every narrative perspective. I can understand not everyone enjoys all POVs like second person, but I think that is where this story shined. The actual plot and premise still had me struggling to keep up. But as the story progressed, the lore and characters grew on me being so multilayered and diverse. So very memorable and original. I’d recommend if you want something deeply immersive and completely out of the box from your normal fantasy.
