¿Do you like frozen food?
The kitchen and I are not very friends but I definitely don't like the easy way like frozen meals. I tried this orange chicken thanks to Influenster who sent me a gift card to buy it but... this is not my thing! He doesn't know the same, and not even "normal"
I know that here in the USA it's normal to eat frozen food every day, but I... I pass
Frozen food has become a staple in many households across the United States. From quick meals to convenient options for busy lifestyles, the appeal is understandable. However, the quality of frozen meals varies significantly. Many options, like Stouffer's, claim to offer a balance of taste and nutrition, but how do they truly measure up? Critics argue that these meals often lack the freshness that comes from cooking with whole ingredients. The prevalence of preservatives and additives in frozen meals can detract from their health benefits. While some products have made strides in improving quality, it's essential for consumers to read labels and be mindful of what they are consuming. Additionally, preparing fresh and nutritious meals at home, even with limited time, can be more rewarding and beneficial for overall health. For those who love convenience, exploring alternatives like meal prepping or using kitchen gadgets like air fryers can be a game changer. These options offer a middle ground, allowing for quick meals without sacrificing taste or nutritional value. Engaging with frozen food doesn’t have to mean settling; with some creativity and better selections, enjoying food can become both effortless and delicious.

I like frozen food, but not frozen meals. I use frozen veggies because they’re cost effective and save me a lot of time in the kitchen. I’m also vegan so many of the plant-based meats I use are frozen. I also like frozen fruit for smoothies. But I always cook the meal myself, not a fan of prepackaged frozen meals.
