Can we normalize body changes?
Lighting can change what you see in seconds — but it doesn’t change what’s real.
I still have moments where I notice loose skin or “flaws.”
But when I zoom out, I see a strong, healthy body that’s carried me through so much.
Same body. Different lighting.
Same strength. Same worth.
Confidence starts with knowing your body is capable.
The stronger you get, the less you care about how it looks or weighs — because you’re too busy enjoying what it can do.
Being skinny won’t help you live longer or give you more energy to keep up with your kids.
When your focus is on being strong, the rest melts away. 💛
