Lost the fight, but not my fire

Yesterday I had my Muay Thai competition — and honestly, I lost.
Even though I trained hard, stayed focused, and gave my best, it just wasn’t my day. At first, I felt frustrated and disappointed, but now I see it differently.
Losing showed me how much I still want this — how much I love this sport.
I realized that sometimes, failure is the best kind of motivation. I don’t want to give up; I want to get stronger, smarter, and come back to win next time.
Have you ever lost something you worked really hard for, but it only made you more determined to succeed next time?
Let’s talk about it
