• Almond Milk High Protein To Flood 🥛 (Fresh Milk Is Delicious)

• Yoghurt 1 Cup

• 1 spoon Cocoa powder (replaceable according to preference)

• 1 banana (morning) 🍌

👍🏻 Optional to keep the energy overflowing.

• Peanut butter 1 spoon

• 1 spoon of honey 🍯

Just pour everything into the glass.

Close the lid, soak the fridge and go to bed. 💤

⛅ the next morning,

Can take it out to eat

Don't warm up, don't spin, don't think about anything.

What it feels very clear is
