Tracking hormones after miscarriage

I’m 14 DPO, this is my first ovulation after the miscarriage. I’m tracking my hormones everyday and temperature. I have endometriosis and unexplained infertility. All test keep coming back negative, I’m now just waiting for period. The Mira app has pushed my period back because of the high pdg. I’m normally a 24 to 26 day cycles.
