Full Upper Body Workout
Idk about ya'll but I see muscles 💪🏾 👀 😏 I decided to hit my full upper body day since I'm incorporating more yoga days. Full upper body days are also good if you don't have many days to dedicate to the gym as welll. I used 5 and 10 pound dumbbells and 4 sets till failure!
