My recent trip to Waco, TX, wouldn't have been complete without a visit to the iconic Magnolia Silos. I'd heard so much about Chip and Joanna Gaines' vision for transforming a pair of 120-year-old grain silos, and seeing it firsthand truly exceeded my expectations. It's absolutely a hidden gem that offers so much more than just a quick stop. For anyone wondering what to do at Magnolia Silos, let me tell you, there's a full day's worth of exploration! The core of it all is the Magnolia Market, housed within those beautifully repurposed iconic structures. Here, you can browse a curated selection of home goods, decor, and gifts, all reflecting that signature Joanna Gaines style. I found so much design inspiration walking through the displays. Right next door is the Silos Baking Co., a definite highlight! The OCR even picked up on some of the delicious treats, and I can confirm that indulging in goodies there is a must. From cupcakes to cookies, everything is freshly baked and incredibly tasty – perfect for a mid-day snack. Beyond the bakery, you'll find a lively area with various food trucks offering everything from savory meals to sweet refreshments, making it easy to grab a meal or another treat while you explore. One of my favorite parts was simply soaking in the charming atmosphere on the expansive lawn. It's a fantastic community space where families can picnic, kids can play, and everyone can just relax and enjoy the vibrant energy. It really shows how Chip and Joanna Gaines envisioned this place as more than just a shopping destination, but a place for connection and inspiration. If you're planning your own visit to the silos at Magnolia on Webster Avenue in Waco, TX, a few tips: try to go on a weekday morning if possible to avoid the biggest crowds. Wear comfortable shoes because you'll want to wander around every corner. And don't forget your camera, because every spot is picture-perfect! It’s truly a testament to the Gaines' vision and a memorable experience that captures the heart of Waco.

Waco is definitely on my bucket list now thanks to this beautiful place! Need that bakery.
