Lunch at noon included a wholesome meal paired with fresh fruits, striking a great balance between savory and natural sugars. I often crave sweets in the afternoon, so around 3 pm, I enjoyed a yogurt bowl as a snack and treated myself to a piece of candy—not too much, but enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. Dinner came at 6:15 pm, and after that, I ate three pieces of cookie. While it sounds indulgent, I believe in moderation and allowing small pleasures, especially after staying active. Speaking of activity, I tracked my steps and reached over 10,000 by late afternoon—a milestone that helps keep me energized and supports my overall well-being. Keeping track of both food and movement helps me maintain a balanced lifestyle and stay aware of my habits.
