Finding pre-made vegan croissant dough can sometimes be a bit of a treasure hunt, but many mainstream brands are surprisingly 'accidentally vegan' (always double-check ingredients!). If you're feeling ambitious, you can definitely make your own from scratch, but for a quick hack, store-bought is your best friend. Here's my go-to method for turning humble vegan croissants into irresistible waffle masterpieces: Step-by-Step Croissant Waffle Maker Guide: Preheat & Prep: First things first, get your waffle maker good and hot. I usually set mine to medium-high. While it’s heating, give the plates a light brush with a little vegan butter or oil to prevent sticking. This is crucial for that perfect golden crust!
