VHP IRL at Earthfest
This Saturday, April 25th, I’ll be at EarthFest San Diego in Balboa Park. Come for the food! #veganevent #plantbased #sandiego #VeganFoodie #veganhackspod
Attending EarthFest San Diego has been one of my favorite annual traditions for celebrating Earth Day in a fun and meaningful way. The 2026 event promises to be even more exciting with free entry and parking, making it accessible for everyone to enjoy the beautiful Balboa Park setting. From my previous visits, the International Food Court is a particular highlight: it offers a wide variety of delicious plant-based dishes that tempt even meat-eaters to indulge. The festival is not just about food but also offers live music and DJs that create a lively atmosphere throughout the day. I always appreciate the engaging speakers and demos that educate attendees on sustainability, vegan lifestyles, and environmental activism. This adds great value beyond just entertainment. For families, the kids’ activities have always been a hit, providing a fun way to teach younger generations about the importance of caring for our planet. With 100+ vendors, there’s a diverse mix of eco-friendly products, crafts, and health-related goods that make shopping enjoyable and purposeful. Overall, EarthFest San Diego is a fantastic venue for plant-based food lovers and anyone passionate about environmental awareness. Whether you come to discover new vegan recipes, connect with like-minded individuals, or simply enjoy a vibrant Earth Day celebration, this event offers a comprehensive experience promoting sustainability and community spirit.
