The new zero menu is so good a medium is 20 calories. The one in the pic is a Glamberry which had 9g of carbs, 0g of fat, 0g of protein, 190g of sodium and 1g of fiber. Highly recommend it! I also spiced mine up with a zero sugar sakura red bull to get a bit more caffeine making total calories 35!!
