တစ်ခါတလေ လူတိုင်းသည် အပြင်အဆင်မှ ပျော်ရွှင်နေသော်လည်း ကိုယ်ပိုင်စိတ်ခံစားမှုတွေ၊ ဖိစီးမှုတွေကို ပြသဖော်ပြခြင်းမရှိပဲ ထိန်းချုပ်သွားရတဲ့အခါ အတွင်းစိတ်မှာပင် ပရိယာယ် သာယာမှုမရောက်နိုင်ပါဘူး။ ကျွန်တော့်ကိုယ်တိုင်လည်း တချို့အခါမှာ လူများကိုမှန်ကန်စွာ နားလည်ပေးဖို့၊ သူတို့ကိုရှာဖွေဖို့ကြိုးစားသော်လည်း ကိုယ့်စိတ်အခက်အခဲတွေကို ဖော်ထုတ်ဖော်ပြဖို့ခက်ခဲခဲ့ရပါတယ်။ ကိုယ့်စိတ်ထဲမှာ နာကျင်ချက်တွေကို ပူစီမပြသတ်ပါနှင့်။ အမိန့်တစ်ခုလို ခံယူရင် သူများအတွက်ပဲ မျက်နှာသာပေးရုံသာမက ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကိုယ်လည်း ချစ်မြတ်နိုးမှု ထိရောက်စေတယ်ဆိုတာကို ယခုအခါတွင် သိရှိလာပါတယ်။ တစ်နေ့တစ်ခါမှာ ငါ့အတွက်သူရှိမလားဆိုတဲ့ စိတ်ကူးပုံရိပ်တွေမှာ တစ်ခုပြီးတစ်ခု ခံစားရတတ်တာကို ကျွန်တော်တို့တွေ အတွေ့အကြုံရှိကြတယ်။ ဒီအခါမှာ အရေးကြီးတာက “ငါ့အတွက် ငါရှိတယ်” ဆိုတာကို ဘဝတစ်ခုလုံးတစ်သင့်တစ်ကြိမ် အသိအမှတ်ပြုနိုင်ခြင်းပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ လူများကို ချစ်ရာမှာပဲ ခုတလောကာလမှ စပြီး ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကိုယ်လည်း ချစ်တတ်ဖို့ ကြိုးစားကြပါ။ စိတ်ဒဏ်ရာများကို ကာကွယ်ရမှာ၊ စိတ်ပင်ပန်းမှုများ မရှောင်လွှဲပဲ ကိုယ်တိုင်ကြီးမားစွာသတ္တိရှိစေဖို့ အလေးထားပါ။ ဒီလိုအချိန်အခါတွေမှာ ကိုယ့်စိတ်နှလုံးသားကို ဂရုစိုက်ဖြည့်တင်းတာဟာ ကိုယ်တိုင်ပင်ပန်းလွန်းမှုနှင့် နာကျင်မှုများကနေ ကာကွယ်ပေးနိုင်တဲ့ အကောင်းဆုံးနည်းလမ်းတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အရှုံးလျော့ချက်နည်းနည်း နဲ့လည်း ဘယ်တော့မှ အားနည်းမှု မဟုတ်ပါဘူး၊ ပွင့်လင်း၍ မဟုတ်လို့ဆိုတာလည်း အပြစ်မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ တစ်ခါတစ်လေ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို ချစ်မြတ်နိုးတတ်ဖို့၊ ခံနိုင်ရည်ရှိ စိတ်တည်တံ့ဖို့လည်းအရေးကြီးပါတယ်။ ကောင်းမွန်သောဘဝတစ်ခု ရရှိရန်အတွက် တစ်နေ့ပြည့်စုံသော စိတ်ရှည်စွာနဲ့ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကိုသာမက လူညီလူမျှယှဉ်တွဲရာတွင်ပါ တည်ဆောက်ကြပါစို့။ ဒီလိုနဲ့ပဲ ဘဝက ပိုပြီး အေးချမ်းမှုဖြင့် ပြည့်နှက်လာပါလိမ့်မယ်။
