Wanted to take a minute or two to discuss a subject that I've been keeping under wraps for far too long: physical/mental abuse. We've all dealt with one or the other. Thanks to someone whom I'll refer to as my ex piece of shit stepdad, the same guy who flipped my mom off as he left
