The past few months have been fully packed. Friends visiting, quality time with people I love, trying new recipes, and sharing the journey with you guys as we go.
Through all of that, I’ve also been healing.
Not just emotionally, but in my body too.
Fascia releasing, energy moving, aura clearing. You can feel it when it’s real.
It doesn’t just feel like growth. It feels like I’ve quantum jumped into a life that’s filled with way more alignment, and it’s showing up in the small, everyday moments.
I’ve been putting a mirror up to myself and getting real about what’s ready to shift. That is not for the weak.
It’s been so humbling. It’s made me feel seen in ways I didn’t expect, and brought me back into my body in a way I didn’t even know how to until now.
