Did I miss anything?
Living at the intersection of the hustle era and soft girl era can be both exhilarating and exhausting. As someone who identifies as an introverted extrovert, I know firsthand the importance of carving out time to recharge. Setting early alarms and snoozing multiple times is a daily ritual, reminding me that sometimes it’s okay to honor my body's need for rest. My mornings often begin with coffee and bone broth, a combination that fuels me physically and mentally for the day ahead. Planning is essential—whether it’s an event runsheet detailed to the minute or packing my suitcase an hour before heading to the airport, preparation helps reduce stress. Social interactions can be bittersweet. While I love attending events and catching up with friends, I often find myself needing days to recover and recharge. Taking three days to reply to messages isn’t neglect but a necessary boundary to maintain my calm nervous system amidst racing thoughts. My wardrobe is eclectic and unasked about, much like my personality. I romanticize life one moment and feel overwhelmed the next, but this duality adds richness to my experiences. Skincare is a ritual with every product laid out in order, a small but meaningful way to nurture myself daily. Learning new hobbies also adds to my fun and growth, making sure I continually resume and implement new parts into my life for a balanced and fulfilling journey.
