Regulação vem antes de resultado
Starting a carnivore diet can be a transformative journey, but one important lesson I've learned is that regulation of the nervous system must come before expecting results. Many people struggle with motivation and discipline because their nervous system is overstimulated by constant stressors like fast-paced music, social media comparison, and anxiety-driven motivation techniques. When the nervous system is in chaos, it becomes nearly impossible to truly heal the body or lose weight effectively. Personally, I found that pausing and becoming aware of my stress responses was the first crucial step. Taking deep, intentional breaths and giving myself permission to slow down helped calm my nervous system. It’s a process of resetting the internal environment so that discipline and motivation arise naturally, rather than from pressure or exhaustion. On the carnivore diet especially, which demands a strong mental commitment, this foundation of regulation made it easier to stay consistent. Rather than pushing through with force, I learned to listen to my body’s signals and address any anxious energy by stepping back when needed. This meant cutting back on overstimulating music or social media apps that left me feeling inadequate or overwhelmed. If you’re trying to improve your health or lose weight, remember that true motivation isn’t about constant hype—it’s about steady, calm determination that grows as your nervous system balances out. Embracing this mindset shift has made all the difference in my journey toward better discipline and lasting results.
