Drink More Water!

Logging water and setting reminders can keep you on track! My Fitbit app is my preference because I can keep track of everything, if you have an Apple Watch you probably have a similar interface! ⌚️

Most importantly, choose water instead of soda or juice when eating meals! It will help you meet your #goal and prevents you from drinking empty #calories
