Logging water and setting reminders can keep you on track! My Fitbit app is my preference because I can keep track of everything, if you have an Apple Watch you probably have a similar interface! ⌚️

There are also other #apps you can use that have cute features and reminders! Plantnanny is a personal fave!

Most importantly, choose water instead of soda or juice when eating meals! It will help you meet your #goal and prevents you from drinking empty #calories

Many water tracking apps make this super easy. They often have quick-add buttons for common glass sizes, or you can customize your own. It literally takes seconds. Now, for the lifesavers: water reminder apps. These are my secret weapon! I've tried a few, but my favorites really stood out. For instance, Plant Nanny is fantastic if you're into a bit of gamification. You get a cute little plant that grows as you drink water. If you forget, your plant wilts – and trust me, you don't want to be a plant killer! It makes hydration feel less like a chore and more like a fun game with a tangible reward. The reminders are customizable, so you can set them to pop up every hour or whenever suits your schedule. Then there's Fitbit.
