🍋 I started going to the gym and exercising 6 days a week to build consistency and discipline (which I was lacking at that time)

🍋Lost 8 pounds

🍋In the process of my weight loss journey I found out that I am obsessed with cooking nutritious, healthy food and it has helped me change my bad eating habits completely! Eating properly and making my own meals has become my passion🥣💪

🍋Read amazing business books that made my mind grow more than 12 years of education in school/university

🍋Created my cooking channels on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Lemon8

🍋Started posting on social media again after a year long pause
