I used to dread leg day no joke 😬not because I didn’t want strong legs, but because I didn’t lift with purpose. I didn’t follow a plan, and I didn’t understand the why behind each movement.

Fast forward to today- every time I walk into the gym, I lift with intention.

I follow a structured workout plan that challenges me and helps me grow.

And now, I get to share what I’ve learned with YOU.
