This is my go-to glute exercise every time I want a quick yet insane glute pump 💣🔥

💡A few tips :

1: Set bar just below your shoulders, like a back squat.

2: Start standing centered under the bar, then step one leg behind and across at a diagonal angle

3: Front knee should stay aligned with your toes

4: Descend straight down and push through your front heel.

5: Control the tempo, especially on the way down slow if you want more glute activation
