This phase is perfect for reviewing analytics and organizing ideas rather than creating new content. During the follicular phase (Days 6-12), my energy naturally rises, making it the ideal time to brainstorm and develop fresh content. I pair this with strength training workouts and trying new routines, which keeps me motivated and inspired. It’s also when I focus on collaboration and social interactions, enhancing my creative flow. The ovulation phase (Days 13-17) is when I experience peak confidence and magnetic energy. I schedule high-impact tasks like filming videos or photoshoots. Engaging in high-intensity workouts like HIIT during this phase boosts my endurance and complements my energetic output. Finally, the luteal phase (Days 18-29) calls for slowing down and refining. I focus on editing content, scheduling posts, and tidying up my work environment. Lower-intensity exercises like yoga and walking help maintain consistency without draining my energy. To keep everything streamlined, I built a customized Notion planner that integrates these phases, allowing me to plan my content and life tasks around my natural rhythms. This planning tool eliminates chaos and increases task completion, proving invaluable in my routine.
