🩷Walking in Alignment vs. Walking in Assumption🩷

Dear Virtuous Woman,#letschat

Here’s a moment for Reflection and Clarity 🤔

Have you ever taken the time to ask God, “Am I aligned, or am I just assuming?”

This question can apply to any area of your life, be it your job, relationships, where you live, or even your intended purpose.

Here's a moment of Truth for anyone feeling Defeated in any area of life:

💞God is not obligated to bless what He didn’t ordain.

Walking in alignment brings peace as you wait for His guidance and trust in His plan.

💞 Walking In Alignment Sounds Like…..

“I’m willing to wait and obey.”

“If You're not in it Lord, I don’t want it.”

On the other hand, walking in assumption leads to frustration.

When you rush ahead and guess His will, you may mistakenly call it faith.

💞 Walking In Assumption Sounds Like……

“I just feel like it’s time.”

“God wouldn’t let me want this if it wasn’t meant to be.”

💭 I encourage you to ask Him this week….

“Am I aligned ✨ or am I assuming?”

... Read moreWalking in alignment with God's plan means moving at a pace guided by faith and obedience, rather than by emotions or personal desires. This concept is crucial because "alignment is when you move at God's pace," whereas "assumption is when you move based on emotion." Many of us struggle with impatience, often mistaking our hurry as faith. However, genuine faith involves waiting for clear guidance and being willing to obey, even when the path is uncertain. Assumption can sound like statements such as "I'm claiming it even if I haven't prayed about it," reflecting a reliance on personal feelings rather than divine direction. This can lead to frustration and feelings of defeat because God "is not obligated to bless what He didn't ordain." Pursuing what "looks good" or what we feel entitled to without confirming it through prayer can divert us from our true purpose. Walking in alignment allows believers to trust in God’s timing and plans, fostering peace and clarity. It’s about adopting a humble mindset: "Lord, not my will, but Yours." This surrender invites guidance and blessings that align with the destiny God has written for each of us. In practical terms, this means regularly reflecting and asking ourselves, "Am I aligned or am I assuming?" to evaluate whether our current path is truly inspired or just based on assumptions. Living with this awareness also cultivates patience. Waiting on God does not mean inactivity but rather active trust and preparation for what is to come. It reassures us that our efforts and desires are meaningful only when they are part of God's divine plan. This perspective encourages a shift away from frustration and towards faithfulness. By embracing alignment, you empower yourself to walk confidently, knowing that your path is under God’s guidance. Sharing this message with others can encourage a supportive community that values peace, faith, and obedience over rushed decisions and doubts. Ultimately, walking in alignment transforms life’s challenges into opportunities for growth within God's perfect timing.
