✨ Am I becoming a woman God can use?

Can I receive correction, even when my intentions feel sincere?

Will I follow God when His direction interrupts my plans?

These small and faithful acts of obedience are part of your process.

They reveal your character, your faith, and your capacity to steward greater responsibility.

Waiting on God's timing, especially regarding marriage, can feel challenging, but I’ve learned that the real growth happens not in waiting passively but in active preparation. From personal experience, asking myself if I am becoming a woman God can use has been transformative. It’s about more than just intentions—it’s about obedience in small tasks, willingness to serve quietly, and openness to correction even when it stings. One thing I found truly helpful was reflecting often on Luke 16:10: 'Whoever is faithful with little can also be trusted with much.' This verse reminded me that God's trust is earned through consistent, humble faithfulness in everyday moments. It’s those small acts—doing what’s right without applause, following God even when it disrupts plans—that build a character ready for greater responsibilities. Also, regularly checking my motives became vital. Wanting to be used by God means surrendering control, comfort, and recognition. It’s not about being seen as spiritual or important; it’s about saying a true 'yes' to God that goes beyond words. Joining communities or groups focused on spiritual growth can provide support and encouragement on this journey. They help keep the heart accountable and focused. Through this process, I’ve realized that God prepares us for marriage—and life’s bigger assignments—by shaping our hearts first. If you are waiting on God for marriage, don’t just wait. Prepare actively through these small, faithful acts. Become a genuinely obedient and ready woman whom God can trust and use for His glory. This is the virtuous plan that transforms waiting into becoming.
