Weight Loss so far
It’s taken some time for me to have the courage to post this but here we are. I started my journey the beginning of this year. Had ups and downs but overall was able to lose a good amount of weight and reverse my high colesterol and fatty liver. I’m really proud of the achievements I’ve accomplished so far.
Right now i feel a little stuck. I want to lose some more weight but in a healthy matter, however I’ve noticed myself getting anxious with food lately and either over eating or not eating. I want to slowly build up my healthy relationship with food again and I want to share it here on this profile to help other people with simular issues. I will try my best!

Weight loss journeys can be incredibly challenging, filled with ups and downs. For many, the initial motivation stems from health goals, such as lowering cholesterol and improving liver health. As individuals embark on their journeys, they often encounter emotional hurdles like stress and anxiety related to eating habits. It's essential to address these feelings while maintaining progress. Building a healthy relationship with food involves mindfulness and understanding the emotional triggers that lead to overeating or restrictive behaviors. Many find success in creating balanced meal plans that include a variety of nutrients, allowing flexibility while still focusing on health. Support from communities, whether physical or online, can play a crucial role in fostering a sense of belonging and accountability throughout the process. Utilizing platforms or apps that allow sharing tips and experiences can also aid in staying motivated. Incorporating exercise regularly, finding activities that you genuinely enjoy, and setting realistic goals can enhance the journey. Remember, the weight loss path is highly individual, and what works for one person might not work for another. By sharing our stories, we can encourage and uplift each other, paving the way for healthier futures.
