There are 3 types of people…
In everyday life, I've noticed people often fall into three general categories when it comes to relationships and interactions: those who uplift, those who drain, and those who are neutral. Recognizing these types can significantly improve your mental health and personal growth. Uplifters bring positivity and support. Spending time with such people encourages confidence and joy. On the other hand, some individuals may unknowingly or intentionally create toxic environments. These toxic relationships can drain your energy and affect your well-being. I've learned that setting boundaries or limiting exposure to these patterns is essential for maintaining mental health. There are also those who remain neutral; they may not bring negativity, but they don't actively encourage growth or positivity either. It’s important to be mindful of how much energy you invest. From my experience, living intentionally every day—choosing how and with whom you spend your time—helps cultivate a more beautiful and purposeful life. The hashtag #haveabeautifuldayinandonpurpose truly resonates with me as a reminder to focus on what brings value and joy, and to distance oneself from toxic influences that could lead to unhappiness. This understanding has transformed how I approach both friendships and family. Ultimately, by identifying these three types, you can better protect your emotional health and create a supportive social circle. It’s a valuable insight for anyone navigating complex social and emotional landscapes.
