I just got diagnosed with gastritis and i had to change my whole diet, i can’t eat any spicy or greasy food..only lean meat, certain veggies and fruits. Definitely not mad about it .. i needed to eat better anyways. If you guys have some good tips and food suggestions im open to them 🫶🏽
