Don’t over do it. #lessonslearned #yougotit
From my own experience, I've found that learning to avoid overdoing it is a crucial part of maintaining both physical and mental health. When we push ourselves too hard, whether at work, in our personal goals, or even in hobbies, it can quickly lead to exhaustion and diminish our productivity. One lesson I've learned is the value of pacing myself and setting realistic expectations. Rather than aiming for perfection or trying to accomplish too much at once, breaking tasks into manageable steps helps me stay motivated and less overwhelmed. Incorporating regular breaks and recognizing when to say "enough" have been game changers. Additionally, the phrase "being your all you put SOMFTIATIV" from the OCR reminds me that being wholeheartedly engaged in what we do is important — but it should not come at the expense of our well-being. Balancing commitment with self-care fosters sustainability in all areas of life. Ultimately, learning from experiences, both successes and setbacks, has helped me build resilience and a healthier relationship with my goals. By not overdoing it, I stay energized, focused, and more fulfilled.
