White diamonds we are familiar with e.g. grades from D (100 whitest water) to I (95 water is very light yellow).
But when a diamond is darker yellow, it does not mean that it is a "bad diamond," but it crosses another system called Fancy Color Diamond. The darker the color, the more rare, the more expensive.

If you ask if it is difficult, Fancy Color diamonds that are suitable for making jewelry are very difficult. Yellow diamonds account for only about one in 16500 carats of all excavated jewelry grade diamonds. It is a very small proportion.
