In my personal experience, integrating small daily practices made a significant difference. For example, dedicating just a few minutes each day to mindful breathing helped shift anxiety and fear from a constant background noise to manageable moments that I could consciously control. Alongside this, seeking support through community or therapy sessions that focus on trauma-informed care created a safe space to explore emotional wounds without judgment. What stood out most in the Vertical Momentum Resiliency Podcast episode with Lillian Eve Moore is the emphasis on resilience as a dynamic skill rather than a fixed trait.
