As a highschooler who is struggling with burnout and also has adhd, it has been hard but I'm trying to better myself and get a better schedule. Personally, my brain is more awake and I'm able to think better in peace at night. I know there's someone like me somewhere who might need this

* you do not need a notebook for every class ! ( i recommend an extra notebook just incase but have one for math + science !! ) * check to see if teacher provides calculators. * take fun classes while you can ! * if you haven't already, join a club/sport ! * please do your work !
