🧠 1. Stop thinking it will happen on its own (The Assumption Gap): Growth of potential is not like the growth of a body that grows with age, but wants to get better, must "deliberately" create it on its own.
📖 2. Don't know how to start? (The Knowledge Gap): Before asking "How," ask yourself, "What do you want?" Once it's clear, the way will gradually appear.
⏰ 3. Wait for the right time (The Timing Gap): "Perfect time" does not exist. The longer you relax, the lower your chances of acting.
❌ 4. Fear of mistakes (The Mistake Gap): Mistake is part of growth. If you don't want to start because you're afraid of mistakes, you'll never learn anything new.

จากประสบการณ์ที่ได้ลองใช้กฎแห่งความตั้งใจในการพัฒนาตนเองจริง ๆ พบว่าปัญหาหลักมักเริ่มจากความลังเลและการรอเวลาที่เหมาะสม แม้ว่าจะรู้ว่าต้องการเปลี่ยนแปลง แต่หลายครั้งเรายังติดกับดักความกลัวผิดพลาดและความสมบูรณ์แบบเดิม ๆ ทำให้ชะงักและไม่กล้าลงมือทำ หนึ่งในวิธีที่ช่วยได้มากคือการตระหนักรู้ถึงว่าการเติบโตไม่ใช่เรื่องอัตโนมัติ แต่ต้องสร้างด้วยความตั้งใจอย่างต่อเนื่อง เช่น เริ่มต้นง่ายๆ ด้วยการตั้งเป้าหมายเล็ก ๆ และลงมือทำทุกวัน เพื่อให้เกิดแรงบันดาลใจตามมาแทนที่จะรอให้แรงบันดาลใจมาส่งผลก่อน นอกจากนี้ การเลิกเปรียบเทียบตัวเองกับผู้อื่นเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญที่จะช่วยให้มีสมาธิกับการพัฒนาของตัวเองอยู่เสมอ เพราะความสำเร็จของแต่ละคน ย่อมเดินทางไม่เหมือนกัน ทั้งนี้การยอมรับว่าเส้นทางสู่ความสำเร็จต้องใช้เวลาและความพยายามช่วยทำให้ไม่ท้อถอยและไปต่อได้อย่างมั่นใจ สรุปคือ อย่ารอให้พร้อม 100% เพราะการเริ่มลงมือทำจริง ๆ นี่แหละ จะเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของความก้าวหน้าที่แท้จริง โดยเก็บประสบการณ์จากข้อผิดพลาดและปรับปรุงตัวไปเรื่อย ๆ เป็นวิธีที่ผมเองใช้แล้วเห็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงชัดเจนในชีวิตส่วนตัวและการทำงานจริง ๆ
