Good story outline. What's up?
- Action, sequential storytelling, know where the beginning is, where our peak should be, and what the conclusion looks like.
- Details Adding details to understand the content or characters of a story by adding as necessary, focusing on meat rather than water.
- Punchline, having highlights, has the peak of the story that will make people listen and get excited and travel with us until the end of the story.
- Moment of reflection, the conclusion of the story, what it gives and what it tells us and the people who listen.

การเล่าเรื่องหรือ Storytelling คือศิลปะหนึ่งที่ช่วยให้การสื่อสารของเรามีพลังและน่าจดจำมากขึ้น เมื่อผมได้ลองฝึกใช้เทคนิคต่างๆ จาก The standard KND EP657 podcast ผมพบว่าการทำความเข้าใจโครงสร้างและจังหวะของเรื่องสำคัญมาก เช่น การกำหนดจุดเริ่มต้นที่ชัดเจน จุดพีคที่ดึงดูดใจ และบทสรุปที่ส่งสารได้ดี นอกจากนี้ การเติมรายละเอียด (Details) ที่เหมาะสมลงในเรื่องเล่า ช่วยเพิ่มความลึกซึ้งและทำให้ผู้ฟังเข้าถึงตัวละครหรือเนื้อหาได้ดีขึ้น แต่ต้องระวังไม่ใส่ข้อมูลเกินความจำเป็น เพราะจะทำให้เนื้อเรื่องหนักและฟังยาก ไม่ใช่แค่เนื้อเรื่องเท่านั้น ผมยังเรียนรู้ว่าการมี Punchline คือจุดไฮไลต์ที่ทำให้คนฟังรู้สึกตื่นเต้นและอยากติดตามไปจนจบเรื่องเป็นสิ่งสำคัญมาก ทำให้เรื่องไม่ธรรมดาและมีเสน่ห์ ท้ายสุด Moment of reflection คือบทสรุปหรือข้อคิดที่เอามาให้กับผู้ฟัง นอกจากทำให้เรื่องสมบูรณ์แล้ว ยังช่วยให้ผู้ฟังเก็บเกี่ยวประสบการณ์และมีแรงบันดาลใจ จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว ผมได้ลองใช้เทคนิคเหล่านี้ในการพูดต่อหน้าคน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการประชุมงานหรือการพูดคุยทั่วไป ปัญหาที่เจอคือพูดแล้วคนฟังงงหรือไม่อินกับเนื้อหา แต่เมื่อผมปรับใช้โครงเรื่องและเน้นไฮไลต์ ทำให้คนฟังเข้าใจง่ายขึ้นและแสดงความคิดเห็นกับเรื่องที่เล่ามากขึ้น ด้วยการฝึกฝนและรู้จักการใช้ Storytelling ให้เหมาะสม จะช่วยเพิ่มศักยภาพในการสื่อสารของเราอย่างเห็นได้ชัด และยังเป็นการพัฒนาตัวเองที่สนุกและได้ผลจริงครับ
