Windowsでのスクリーンショットは仕事の効率を大きく上げる便利技の一つです。私も日頃から活用していますが、全画面キャプチャがサクッとできると仕事がスムーズに進みます。 画面全体のスクリーンショットは、Windowsキー＋PrtSc（プリントスクリーン）キーを同時に押すだけで撮れ、画像は自動で「ピクチャ」フォルダ内の「スクリーンショット」フォルダに保存されます。面倒な貼り付け作業やファイル名入力の手間を省けるので初心者の方にもおすすめです。 また、画面の一部だけを撮りたい時は「Windowsキー＋Shift＋S」で範囲選択でき、撮影した画像はクリップボードにコピーされます。すぐにWordやメールに貼り付けられて便利です。OCRからもわかる通り、ショートカット操作を覚えておくと複数ウィンドウのキャプチャも楽々です。 私は特に仕事で資料作成時やエラー報告時にこの機能を頻繁に使っています。最初は戸惑うかもしれませんが、慣れるとマウスで一々操作するより格段に早く、ストレス軽減になります。 さらに、プリントスクリーンキーがないキーボードでも、Windowsの切り取り＆スケッチツールを活用する方法もあります。Windows11環境であればスタートメニューから簡単に起動できるため、こちらもぜひ試してみてください。 スクリーンショットは画像編集の第一歩。取り込み後、トリミングや注釈追加を加えれば資料の説得力がUPします。皆さんもこの機会にショートカットを使いこなして、パソコン操作をもっと快適にしましょう！
