Excelで連番を管理するとき、行や列の番号を自動で取得したい場面が多いですよね。ROW関数は参照したセルの行番号を返し、行の挿入や削除にも連動して番号が自動更新されるため、作業ミスを減らせます。連番管理で私が特におすすめしたいのは、"=ROW()"に加えて、行数をずらしたい場合に使用する"=ROW()-1"などの応用です。 また、横方向（列番号）を取得したいときはCOLUMN関数を使います。例えば"=COLUMN()"は参照セルの列番号を返し、連番を横に振るのに役立ちます。この組み合わせにより、縦横問わず柔軟に連番設定が可能です。 OCRで拾った内容からも分かる通り、連番に関わるセルの書式設定や貼り付け方法も工夫すると、 編集時の手間を減らせます。私の場合、形式を選択しての貼り付けや連番管理を意識したシート構成で、仕事の効率が大幅アップしました。 さらに、行や列の固定や結合セルへの連番対応など、細かい設定も知っておくと便利です。ROW関数やCOLUMN関数を上手に活用して、Excel作業をもっとスマートにしましょう！ もしまだ試していないなら、ぜひ今日から実践してみてください。質問や感想があれば、コメントやDMでの交流もおすすめします。
