PowerPointの画像整列は、ただ配置を揃えるだけでなく、見た目の統一感を出すためにも重要ですよね。私も最初は画像を一つ一つ手動で動かしていましたが、Ctrl+Aでまとめて選択し、「図の形式」タブから「配置」→「左右中央揃え」「上下中央揃え」を利用することで、簡単に散らかった画像を整列できました。 さらに、画像のサイズをそろえたい場合は、Ctrlキーを押しながらサイズを調整すると、中心をずらさずに拡大縮小できて便利です。複数の画像を選択してから「グループ化」すれば、まとめて移動やサイズ変更も可能になります。 画像の前面・背面の順序も「オブジェクトの順序」から簡単に切替えられ、「代替テキスト」機能で視覚 的な補助も設定できるので、プレゼン資料の質を高めたい方にぜひおすすめです。 私もこの方法を知ってからは、プレゼン資料作成の時間が大幅に削減でき、見た目もすっきりしました。残業時間が減ったのもありがたいポイントです。明日からすぐに活用できるので、ぜひ試してみてくださいね！
