🍁 Hemodialysis with Typhon Machine and Nursing Foundation Texts If we have read Essentials, this book is not difficult, but it is a book that brings the research of each teacher to explain together, so I recommend reading Essentials before reading the Foundation Texts, but now it is updated as a apple color, available for purchase.

🍁 Volume of the Prep for the Nursing Examination Blue Volume is the summary content. We recommend reading the full content first and then reading the summary. It is better to understand more easily. เผื่อใครกำลังค้นหา “หนังสือไตเทียม” หรือ “เนิสโน๊ต” แล้วไม่แน่ใจว่าจะเริ่มจากเล่มไหน เราขอแชร์วิธีจัดชุดอ่านให้คุ้มและไม่หลงทาง (ใช้ได้ทั้งเตรียมสอบ RRT และทำงานหน่วยไตเทียมจริง) 1) ถ้ายังพื้นฐานไม่แน่น: เริ่มจากเนื้อหาเต็มก่อน เราแนะนำให้เริ่มจากเล่มที่ปูพื้นให้เห็นภาพรวม เช่น Essentials in Hemodialysis เพราะจะทำให้ศัพท์และคอนเซปต์ (เครื่อง, การตั้งค่า, ภาวะแทรกซ้อน) ต่อกันได้ พอพื้นแน่นแล้วค่อยไปเล่มแนวตำรา/แนวทาง จะอ่านเร็วขึ้นมากและไม่รู้สึกท้อ 2) ตำรา/แนวทาง = ใช้ “อัปเดต” และใช้ตอบคำถามเชิงมาตรฐาน หลังจากอ่านพื้นฐานแล้ว ค่อยตามด้วยตำราการฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียมและการพยาบาล + ข้อแนะนำเวชปฏิบัติ (เล่มสีชมพู) จุดแข็งของกลุ่มนี้คือทำให้เราตอบได้เป็นระบบ เช่น เหตุผลที่ต้องทำตามแนวปฏิบัติ, เป้าหมายการดูแล, และเรื่องยาที่มักถูกถามในการสอบ/สัมภาษณ์ 3) เนิสโน๊ต/สรุป อ่านช่วง “เก็บคะแนน” และทวนก่อนสอบ คำว่า “เนิสโน๊ต” (เช่น Hemodialysis nurse note หรือสรุปจากเพจต่างๆ) เหมาะมากสำหรับช่วงท้าย เพราะช่วยย่อยหัวข้อที่ออกบ่อยให้จำง่าย แต่ทริคคืออย่าเพิ่งเริ่มจากสรุปทันที ถ้าเราอ่านเนื้อหาเต็มมาก่อน เนิสโน๊ตจะกลายเป็นตัวทบทวนที่เร็วและแม่น เช่น ตารางภาวะแทรกซ้อนระหว่างฟอกเลือด, ลำดับการประเมินอาการ, จุดที่ต้องเฝ้าระวัง 4) ทำข้อสอบให้เป็น “ระบบ” ไม่ใช่ทำไปเรื่อยๆ ถ้ามีเล่มข้อสอบ (HD/PD/KT/PC) ให้แบ่งทำเป็นรอบๆ - รอบแรก: ทำเพื่อรู้จุดอ่อน แล้วจดหัวข้อที่พลาด - รอบสอง: กลับไปอ่านเฉพาะหัวข้อที่พลาดจากเนื้อหาเต็ม - รอบสาม: กลับมาทำใหม่และจับ keyword ของโจทย์ (เช่น อาการนำ, ค่า lab, ปัญหา access, intradialytic complication) 5) หัวข้อที่มักโดนถาม แต่คนชอบปล่อยผ่าน: “ระบบน้ำ/RO” หลายคนโฟกัสแต่ตัวเครื่องกับการพยาบาล แต่แนวทางปฏิบัติระบบน้ำเป็นเหมือนหัวใจของงานไตเทียมจริง อ่านให้พอรู้ภาพรวม เช่น มาตรฐานคุณภาพน้ำ, จุดที่ต้อง monitoring, ความหมายของการตรวจต่างๆ และการประเมินความพร้อมใช้งาน (พอไปเจอสถานการณ์จริงจะเข้าใจทันที) 6) วิธีเลือกซื้อหนังสือไตเทียมให้คุ้ม - ถ้าเริ่มใหม่: เลือก 1 เล่มพื้นฐาน + 1 เล่มแนวทางอัปเดต + 1 เล่มเนิสโน๊ตทวน - ถ้าทำงานแล้ว: เพิ่มเล่มระบบน้ำ/RO และเล่มข้อสอบเพื่อฝึกวิเคราะห์เคส - ถ้าจะสอบ: ให้ความสำคัญกับเล่มที่ “อัปเดตปีล่าสุด” ของแนวทาง เพราะคำตอบเชิงมาตรฐานมักอิง guideline สุดท้าย เรารู้ว่าการอ่านไตเทียมมันเยอะและเหนื่อย แต่ถ้าวางลำดับ “พื้นฐาน → แนวทาง → เนิสโน๊ต/ข้อสอบ” จะเห็นพัฒนาการไวมาก และเวลาสัมภาษณ์จะตอบได้มีเหตุผลขึ้นค่ะ
