Puffy Duck Recipe Boiled Soy Sauce, Dark Scented, Easy to Make
🦆 raw materials
Whole duck or one chopped duck
2-2.5 litres of water
3-4 tablespoons sweet black soy sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon salted black soy sauce (add color and fragrance)
Beep sugar 2-3 tablespoons
½ teaspoon salt (adjust as you like)
5-6 cloves pounded garlic
3 coriander roots
1-2 sticks of cinnamon
2 anise
1 teaspoon peppercorn

🍲 How to do
1. Wash the duck clean
Rub with a little salt or flour, rinse, to reduce the smell of cockroaches.
2. Boil the machine
Put water in the pot, followed by coriander root, garlic, pepper, cinnamon, anise and ginger.
3. Boil until fragrant
Put the duck to the boil.
Use a central fire. Boil until boiling. Spoon the bubble out to clear water.
4. Seasoning
Add soy sauce, sweet black soy sauce, salty black soy sauce and peep sugar.
Taste to taste salty, sweet, mellow (do not need to be very sweet)
5. Simmer to be soft
