Katsu Midori already knows why people succumb to queues.
At first I didn't expect that, because I thought that this shop would be like a typical food grade sushi. When I got to the front of the store in the afternoon at 2, I said that there were 150 previous queues. I was confused why people per queue so many people decided to wait. Seriously, there were a lot of people who didn't wait, so we only got into the store about 50 minutes early.
The space inside the shop looks like a Japanese style. It sits like a bar, which is good. The shop is large enough. It has a whole inside outside, but it is recommended to sit inside. The atmosphere is better.
At first 🍣 I thought that it would be like other sushi shops. It's not that special. But when I eat the first word, I change my mind. Every menu is very delicious. The salmon here is big and fresh, and the price is only 40 baht. The roast meat is the same. It's delicious in the form of 40 baht. It's worth a lot. The clams that have tried the taste are similar to other shops, but it's 20 baht cheaper. Who likes to eat fresh clams is recommended to come here. Every menu we can choose the amount of rice, which is very good. The rice is not left for people to eat. The shrimp here is very big, big and fresh. Hope a lot. When it's delicious, it feels a lot of kites, hahahaha. Personally, the cat pudding sweets are very big. I think a little small. Where is it really big? I don't know why. When taking a clip or taking a picture of it, it tastes delicious. But a lot of sauce may have to dip a little because it's sweet.
💵 In conclusion, it is worth 10 / 10. Worth a lot of food. We eat 2 people. Very varied menu, pay only 800, which if you eat another store, probably 1,000 or more, and eat all the flavors. Whether it's savory, dessert, fresh, it's really good to eat. It's recommended to try and wait for a second.

ถ้าใครกำลังเสิร์ชหา “Katsu Midori sushi conveyor belt Bangkok” แล้วลังเลว่าจะไปดีไหม (โดยเฉพาะสาขา CentralWorld) เราขอแชร์ทริคและรายละเอียดที่ตอนเราไปเองอยากรู้ก่อน จะได้เตรียมตัวถูกและกินได้คุ้มกว่าเดิม 1) ไปกี่โมงคิวน้อย/รอไม่นาน? จากที่สังเกตหน้าร้าน ช่วงพีคจะเป็นเที่ยง-บ่ายต้นๆ และเย็นหลังเลิกงาน วันหยุดคนจะหนาเป็นพิเศษ แต่คิวที่เห็นเป็นหลักร้อยไม่ได้แปลว่าต้องรอนานเสมอไป เพราะมีหลายกลุ่มถอดใจหรือรอไม่ไหว ทำให้คิวไหลเร็วขึ้น แนะนำให้เผื่อเวลาประมาณ 45–90 นาที แล้ววางแผนเดินเล่นโซนญี่ปุ่นชั้น 3 ไปก่อน จะได้ไม่รู้สึกว่าเสียเวลา 2) เลือกนั่งตรงไหนดี? ร้านค่อนข้างกว้าง มีทั้งโซนด้านในและด้านนอก ถ้าเลือกได้เราเชียร์ “ด้านใน” เพราะฟีลญี่ปุ่นกว่า แสงสวย นั่งสบายกว่า และถ้าได้นั่งบาร์จะสนุกตรงได้หยิบจากสายพานเพลินๆ เหมาะกับคนไป 1–2 คนมาก 3) สั่งยังไงให้คุ้ม (สายพาน + แท็บเล็ต) ที่นี่มีทั้งหยิบจากสายพานและสั่งผ่านแท็บเล็ต ข้อดีของแท็บเล็ตคือเห็นเมนูครบทั้งซูชิ เครื่องดื่ม และของหวาน (อย่างพุดดิ้งรูปแมว/เนโกะพุดดิ้ง) ทำให้ไม่พลาดเมนูที่ไม่ได้วิ่งบนสายพานตลอดเวลา 4) เมนูที่เราว่าควรเริ่มสั่ง - แซลมอน: จุดเด่นคือชิ้นใหญ่และสดมาก ราคาแรงน้อยกว่าที่คิด เหมาะสำหรับลองเทียบกับร้านสายพานอื่นๆ - กุ้ง: ถ้าชอบกุ้ง แนะนำให้ลอง เพราะขนาดใหญ่และเนื้อเด้ง - เนื้อย่างไฟ/เมนูราดซอส: ให้ฟีลหอมๆ มันๆ กินแล้วรู้สึกเกินราคา - สายหอย: หอยค่อนข้างคุ้ม เหมาะกับคนชอบความสด (และราคาเบากว่าหลายร้าน) 5) ทริค “เลือกปริมาณข้าว” (สำคัญมาก) สิ่งที่เราชอบคือหลายเมนูสามารถเลือกปริมาณข้าวได้ ใครกินข้าวน้อยหรืออยากเน้นปลา แนะนำลดข้าว จะทำให้กินได้หลายอย่างขึ้นและไม่อิ่มเร็ว 6) ของหวานที่ควรปิดท้าย เนโกะพุดดิ้ง (พุดดิ้งแมว) ตัวจริงใหญ่กว่าที่คิดมาก รสชาติดี แต่ซอสค่อนข้างหวาน แนะนำจิ้มแต่น้อยหรือค่อยๆราด จะบาลานซ์กว่า สรุปคือ ถ้าเป้าคุณคือซูชิสายพานในกรุงเทพที่ “สด ชิ้นใหญ่ ราคาไม่แรง” Katsu Midori Sushi สายพานที่ CentralWorld เป็นร้านที่ไปแล้วเข้าใจเลยว่าทำไมคนต่อคิว และถ้าเตรียมเวลา+รู้ทริคสั่ง จะยิ่งคุ้มและสนุกขึ้นเยอะ
