📌 We practice in January-April 2025, when we train, there will be a minimum of 3 months (this one must read carefully, because each position may not have the same conditions)
📤 We practice Marketing - Campaign and Strategy for Bitkub Online. We will watch the campaign / Livestream / have some social media help and also help the event because there are a lot of events here. 🥹
📚 Main duties We will watch the campaign each month. Make a Coin Presentation (We have the opportunity to be a Livestream Host too 🤓). Every week, there will be a new Coin Present and then have to analyze competitors in Thailand and abroad (this one works with other Intense, who will share their duties according to their position). There will be a selection of photos + postings and help you organize events from the registration form, prepare giveaways at the event, stand up for customers, and listen to the Coin Knowledge + Investment from your Analyst. It's great. 💯
✳️ apprenticeships here, we have real work, 100% hands-on, there will be older people to teach, but there will be more emphasis on learning by doing. If we work fast, we will flow more, manage time, divide tasks better (to have time to pick up snacks for free)
📣 We think that doing here requires a lot of investment, krypto coins and tokens. Even if people do not have this experience like us, it may take a little time to understand. But don't worry, the elder is very kind. Ours is explaining from 0 until we understand. Hahahahaha
📆 work Monday-Friday, have WFH 1 day (WFH team Friday), the attendance time is 10: 00-19: 00, quite flexible (for 🙂 ↕️), the working atmosphere is very childish, the brothers are cute, friendly, and there is always inten. Both friends and sisters are definitely not lonely.
💵 Our allowance was 3,000 baht per month for food in Grab (must be used up within the month 🤓). The office has free snacks, free ice cream, free coffee.
🏢 office is in the FYI building. You can walk from the MRT of the Sirikit Convention Center. It's very easy to travel. A lot of food.

เผื่อใครกำลังเสิร์ชหา “bitkub internship” แล้วอยากรู้ภาพรวมแบบตัดสินใจได้เลย เรารวบรวมสิ่งที่ควรถาม/ควรเตรียมก่อนสมัคร + มุมที่หลายคนอยากรู้แต่ไม่ค่อยมีคนเล่าให้ครบค่ะ 1) ก่อนสมัครควรรู้ว่า Internship ของ Bitkub (สาย Marketing) มองหาคนแบบไหน จากที่เราเจอในทีม Campaign & Strategy จะไม่ได้เน้นว่าต้องเก่งคริปโตมาก่อน แต่เขาชอบคนที่ “เรียนรู้ไว + กล้าถาม + ทำงานเป็นระบบ” เพราะงานจริงค่อนข้างหลากหลาย ทั้งแคมเปญ, Livestream, ทำสไลด์พรีเซนต์, ประสานงานอีเวนต์ และช่วยโซเชียลมีเดียบ้าง ถ้าเคยทำงานกลุ่ม ทำโปรเจกต์มหาลัย หรือเคยเป็นพิธีกร/พรีเซนต์หน้าห้อง จะช่วยมาก 2) พอร์ต/เรซูเม่ควรใส่อะไรให้ตรงงาน - ตัวอย่าง Presentation: แนบสไลด์ที่เคยทำ (ยิ่งถ้าเป็นแนววิเคราะห์/สรุปข้อมูลจะเข้าทาง) - งานเขียน/แคปชัน: ถ้าเคยดูแลเพจ ทำคอนเทนต์ TikTok/IG ใส่ลิงก์ไว้เลย - ประสบการณ์จัดอีเวนต์: เคยเป็นสตาฟ งานคณะ งานชมรม ใส่รายละเอียดบทบาท เช่น ทำทะเบียน/ดูหน้างาน/เตรียมของแจก - ทักษะที่ใช้จริง: PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel/Sheets, การรีเสิร์ชคู่แข่ง, การสื่อสารประสานงาน 3) คำถามสัมภาษณ์ที่แนะนำให้ถาม (ช่วยกันพลาด) - ฝึกกี่เดือนขั้นต่ำ? มีเงื่อนไขเรื่องวันเริ่ม-วันจบยืดหยุ่นไหม - 1 สัปดาห์ทำอะไรบ้าง (งานประจำ vs งานโปรเจกต์) และมีโอกาสได้เป็น Livestream host หรือไม่ - ต้องเข้าออฟฟิศกี่วัน มี WFH วันไหนของทีม - รูปแบบการสอนงานเป็นยังไง (มีพี่เลี้ยง/มี weekly check-in ไหม) - KPI หรือสิ่งที่คาดหวังจาก intern คืออะไร เช่น ต้องทำพรีเซนต์ทุกสัปดาห์/ต้องลงหน้างานอีเวนต์กี่ครั้ง 4) เตรียมตัวเรื่อง “คริปโต/โทเคน” ยังไงสำหรับคนเริ่มจากศูนย์ เราแนะนำให้เริ่มจากคำศัพท์พื้นฐานก่อน เช่น coin vs token, market cap, volume, use case, roadmap และลองฝึกสรุปเหรียญ 1 เหรียญเป็นสไลด์สั้นๆ (เหมือนแนว INVESTMENT 101) พอเข้าไปทำงานจริงจะตามทันไวขึ้น และตอนต้องวิเคราะห์คู่แข่งทั้งไทย/ต่างประเทศจะไม่งง 5) ชีวิตประจำวัน + บรรยากาศที่หลายคนอยากรู้ ออฟฟิศอยู่ตึก FYI เดินจาก MRT ศูนย์ประชุมสิริกิติ์สะดวกมาก วันทำงานปกติจันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 10:00-19:00 (ค่อนข้างยืดหยุ่นสำหรับอินเทิร์น) ทีมมี culture แบบช่วยกัน ทำให้กล้าลองงานใหม่ๆ โดยเฉพาะช่วงมี event/meetup จะได้ลงมือทำจริง ตั้งแต่เตรียมของแจก จัดหน้างาน ไปจนถึงเจอลูกค้าหน้างาน 6) เรื่องเบี้ยเลี้ยงและสวัสดิการเล็กๆ ที่ทำให้แฮปปี้ ของเราตอนนั้นได้เป็นค่าอาหารใน Grab เดือนละ 3,000 บาท (ต้องใช้ให้หมดในเดือน) และที่ออฟฟิศมีขนม ไอติม กาแฟ ฟรีตลอด ช่วยเซฟค่าใช้จ่ายได้จริง โดยเฉพาะวันที่ต้องอยู่ยาวๆ ทำสไลด์หรือเตรียมงานอีเวนต์ ถ้าเป้าหมายของคุณคืออยากได้ประสบการณ์ “ทำงานจริง” ในบริษัทสายคริปโต/การเงินดิจิทัล และอยากฝึกทั้งการพรีเซนต์ การทำแคมเปญ และการทำงานกับทีมแบบมืออาชีพ เราว่าฝึกงานที่นี่ตอบโจทย์มากค่ะ
