There was a version of me that carried everything quietly.
She stayed strong when she was tired.
She questioned herself.
She tried to keep peace, even when it hurt.
I used to think healing meant becoming someone new.
Now I see it means honoring who I had to be to survive.

You can thank her.
You can release what she was holding.
