Despite being a night owl, I’m not opposed to waking early. I use this time to journal, plan, and do something crafty. It’s peaceful and I usually fix myself something small and satisfying for breakfast. By doing this, I try to set the standard for the day ahead and give myself a boost. Salt Lake C
