5 daily habits to GLOW UP in your 30’s 💫

It’s time to shine in your 30’s babe!!! Here are 5 daily habits to focus on to become the absolute best, version of yourself 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

1. Incorporate daily exercise. Move your body every single day. We live in a very sedentary world. Daily movement = better health. Be sure not to over do it with exercise either. This can stress the body too much. Find the right balance for you and walk every single day! Walking is very underrated.

2. Declutter your mind. Our world is consumed with sooooo many nosies and we all have responsibilities

and to do lists but the constant need to be “on” will run the body into the ground. It’s important to take time to slow down & declutter the mind. Do so by journaling, meditating or deep breathing. Therapy, inner child healing, nervous system regulation and counseling also help!

3. Eat whole food nutrient dense meals > processed foods and stay hydrated daily! Whatever we eat is literally food (and information) for our cells. Our food tells our cells what to do and how to perform. Which is why eating a whole food nutrient dense diet will promote vibrant health and eating a processed diet full of chemicals, additives & preservations will do the opposite. The food we eat matters and has a significant role in the outcome of our health. Don’t forget to stay hydrated daily too with quality water & minerals!!

4. Limit screen time. Not much more to say here but to set boundaries with screen time use. It’s healthy to get outside and do other activities instead of consume information from a screen all day.

5. Get outside in nature and soak in sunlight! Do it everyday if possible. The sun is healing and so is nature!!

Aim for 7-9 hours, create a relaxing bedtime routine, and keep your bedroom dark and cool. It’s amazing how much more radiant you feel after a good night's sleep. 2.
