How to become an early morning girly ✨

These tips will help you become a morning person. How you spend your evenings and mornings will directly impact how well you can wake up in the morning.

Following these tips consistently is important so your body can adjust to waking up earlier -

1. Go to bed at the same time every night & wake up at the same time every morning… even on weekends

2. Avoid artificial light / electronics after dark or at least a few hours before bed to improve sleep (use red light instead!)

3. Expose yourself to morning sunlight to help regulate your circadian rhythm

4. Have a morning routine that you look forward to! such as skin care, going on a walk, exercising or journaling and eating a yummy breakfast

5. Wind down before bed with a hot bubble bath, reading a book or meditating to calm the body & mind

You want to aim for at least 8 hours of sleep a night to feel fully rested the next day! So make sure you’re getting to bed at a decent time to be able to wake up earlier
