Grocery List For Weight Loss 🛒

I focused on whole, real & unprocessed foods that won’t cause inflammation 🥑

I would argue that the QUALITY of our food is the most important thing when it comes to weight loss!

I focused on lean, good quality meats that are organic (this ensures no hormones or antibiotics) and pasture raised or grass fed 🍃

I also focused on mostly fruits, vegetables & natures carbs - like sweet potato, rice, quinoa etc 🍠

I make sure to read ingredient labels and avoid seed oils like canola, cottonseed, grapeseed, rapeseed, corn, palm, sunflower, safflower etc as well as avoid anything I can’t pronounce 🧐 Most processed food is full of fillers, binders, dyes & preservatives 🤢

I also minimized gluten, dairy, soy, alcohol & sugars. All the good stuff… I know 😆

BUT now I enjoy in moderation and I feel SO much better - healthier, stronger & happier 🙌
