for those who don’t know, on march 26, gerald’s brother @ujo suffered from an unexpected AVM rupture that led to a life-threatening emergency surgery. the surgeons were only able to stop the bleeding that day. removing the AVM itself would have caused more damage, so they left it in to let him heal
