My Roommate Didn’t Pay For Rent… What should I do

I’m officially thinking about to kick my roommate out after she refused to pay rent for three months. She just got a new job, she’s buying designer bags, getting her nails done weekly, and going out to fancy dinners, but every time rent is due she suddenly “can’t afford it.”

I’ve covered for her long enough and I’m done being taken advantage of. If you can drop $1,200 on a purse, you can pay your share to live here.

I would just take her designer bags and sell them and tell her u haven't been paying rent for 3 months and I needed ur share of the rent money then I would move all her stuff out and change the locks
